|
History : |
After the German Reunification there were great changings in the German Air Force and
during this time the JaboG 36 W was reformed as JG 72 W. The main task of the Wing, the training of new MDD F-4F Pilots to get familiar with the european conditions must be done beneath the tasks of an Fighter Wing. Because the phase-out of the MDD F-4F is on it´s way and there is an reduced need for new F-4 Pilots, the 1st Squadron was disbanded at the end of 2002 and the 2nd Squadron was reformed as the Fluglehrzentrum F-4F. |
